STEELFAB offers the largest indoor multi-material painting facility used exclusively for year-round coating of metal materials in Alaska.
The 12,000 square-foot Paint Shop features an adjacent 1,000 square-foot blast tent that further expands its capacity. An interior 100-foot long shot blaster readies materials in short order. The facility has two, five-ton cranes.
The STEELFAB Paint Shop maintains a sophisticated paint and coating endorsement from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). The Paint Shop also has The Society for Protective Coatings certified employees. STEELFAB is a NACE International member, with NACE certifications.
